Concept: Rising above isolation
High density is needed for affordability, but high density living can create isolation. An elevated walkway circuit hanging from residential high rise building ‘pylons’ is provided to create a safe and sunny destination that connects neighbourhoods, parks and transit. It is here community relationships and businesses can flourish.
Individual Developers are given a footprint and canvas ‘pylon’ to create their own high-rise expression.
